At Soul Sketch, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges

Products can be exchanged within 14 days only in case of manufacturing defects.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 3 working days from the delivery date, provided that:

• The product is unused
• The product is in its original condition and packaging

Important Notice

Please inspect your order carefully while receiving it from the delivery representative.

Any scratches, breakage, or damage must be reported immediately upon delivery. Unfortunately, no returns or exchanges can be accepted for these issues after the courier leaves.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Used products
• Damaged products after delivery
• Customized or personalized items
